Website Development:
The first prototype and demonstration of the website was during the 2006 annual meetings of the ICA Representative Assembly and ICA Board of Directors. A second demonstration and update was again presented during the 2007 annual meetings. In addition, contract proposals with OnLine Image were also discussed and authorized by the ICA Board during their 2007 deliberations.
The name AdjustTheVote.org originated during the 2007 annual meetings of the ICA Representative Assembly. Domain names were registered in March of 2008. The first public demonstration of the site was March 14, 2008 to the Board of Directors of the ICA of California (ICAC). The first data, uploaded to a temporary site, was on April 25, 2008, from the ICAC. The first AdjustTheVote.org state affiliate was the Georgia Chiropractic Council (GCC). It was approve by motion and authorization of the ICA Board of Directors on September 23, 2008. Stephen P. Welsh, D.C. will serve as the first AdjustTheVote.org State Administrator.

Pre-launch partial access to the sit was announced for 10/14/08 for the purpose of early enrollment of chiropractors as CDDs (Congressional District Directors) and patients as PCPA (Patients for Chiropractic Political Awareness).
